How do I return an item?

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. We have a hassle free return policy. If you are not happy with any purchase we will exchange it or refund your money. Period! There is no time limit with our lifetime warranty on effusion lamps and tart warmers. It breaks, we will replace it at no additional charge to you.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING. We will provide a return shipping label via email upon your request. IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you.

Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). If you paid by credit card, we will return the amount to your credit card.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.

Bulb Replacements: Maximum of 1 free bulb replacement within a 3 month period.

Wick Replacements: Maximum of 1 free effusion lamp wick replacement within a 6 month period.
